Your Energy Defines Your Reality

How you use the gift of life depends on how much energy you have. When you are energised, you would feel a general lightness and playfulness, have a sense of control yet fully accepting, and act with more compassion and awareness - the day would just seem better.
David Hawkins in his monumental work "The Map of Consciousness Explained" shows that the energy level reflected in our emotional state attributes a certain life-view and God-view, thus directly affecting how we live. Here's the most familiar 6 states (out of the 17 states listed), from low to high energy states, that works to shift our reality:
1) If our energy state settles at shame and humiliation, we believe "God despises me", thus life becomes miserable - I am not worthy.
2) If our energy state settles at fear and anxiety, we believe "God is punitive", thus life becomes frightening - I must withdraw to protect myself.
3) If our energy state settles at anger and hate, we believe "God is vengeful", thus life becomes antagonistic - I must fight against others.
4) If our energy state settles at courage and control, we believe "God is enabling", thus life becomes empowered - I can choose.
5) If our energy state settles at reason and understanding, we believe "God is wise", thus life becomes meaningful - I matter.
6) If our energy state settles at love and acceptance, we believe "God is merciful", thus life becomes joyful - I am complete.
To function at a higher energy state, thus a more blissful life, requires conscious management of our energy level at every moment. It is important to keep track of how your energy level fluctuates: what charges you and what drains you, so you can design a routine that replenish your energy level consistently.
